Finance Analyst, Opex & Capex

Join Pay By Phone  as a Senior Finance Analyst focusing on Opex and Capex in Hybrid mode from Vancouver. Deliver top-tier financial reporting, forecasting, and budget support while collaborating with budget owners.

This full-time, permanent role is integral to FP&A, directly reporting to the Manager, FP&A. You will manage indirect cost efficiencies and deliver insightful commentary for departmental budgets while ensuring accurate financial reporting. Your autonomy in driving processes and engaging stakeholders will contribute significantly to the overall effectiveness of our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze cost center reports across departments

• Deliver insightful commentary on monthly financial performance

• Collaborate with accounting for accurate FTE cost capture

• Identify cost control opportunities proactively

• Own the Opex and Capex forecasting processes

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A or similar roles

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

• Proven forecasting and budgeting ownership

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent communication skills with non-finance stakeholders
