Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Mortgage Origination team on structuring mortgages

• Finalize mortgage investment brochures for specific locations

• Review commitment letters against executed Term Sheets

• Coordinate funding processes with borrowers and third parties

• Proactively identify issues in underwriting and conditions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance

• Minimum 3 years in Commercial Real Estate

• Strong financial analysis and underwriting skills

• Expertise in Excel and cash flow statements

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
