The Finance Coordinator will assist in creating and managing the annual budget, supporting the VP Finance with trip budgeting for ACE Nationals in Toronto. Training opportunities will develop core skills, featuring workshops, mock competitions, and personalized feedback during weekly sessions. Effective collaboration and attention to detail are essential for smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with annual budget creation and management
• Support trip budgeting for ACE Nationals in Toronto
• Collaborate with event coordination for fundraisers
• Oversee cheque requisition processing
• Participate in ACE Nationals Case Competition training
Requirements:
• Basic understanding of accounting and budgeting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and public speaking abilities
• Eager to learn and develop new skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is an asset
Contribute effectively to ACE UBC’s financial operations while developing essential business skills for future competitions.
