Corporate Actions Administrator at Aviso

Become a crucial part of Aviso's Operations team as a Corporate Actions Administrator until April 2, 2027. This role involves processing and reporting corporate actions with exceptional accuracy and adherence to standards.

As a Corporate Actions Administrator, you will report to the Supervisor for Corporate Actions and handle the processing of reorganizations, offers, and other essential actions for securities r expertise will ensure that mandatory and voluntary corporate actions are executed flawlessly, maintaining compliance with tax requirements. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be key in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Canadian and US corporate action bulletins

• Process corporate actions with utmost accuracy

• Manage daily entitlements for securities

• Implement dividend reinvestment plans for clients

• Update procedure manuals per regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in relevant fields

• 2 years of related work experience

• Completion of CSC is a plus

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Bilingual skills in French are an asset
