Brex is looking for a Finance Manager who will take charge of budgeting processes that influence our entire business strategy. Your ability to integrate AI into finance workflows will be vital, as you collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial analysis and reporting. You will enrich our operational finance with innovative practices and proactive insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the budgeting process and headcount planning

• Maintain and enhance financial models for reporting

• Oversee forecasting and management reporting

• Assist in creating Budget vs. Actuals documents

• Build Finance AI tools for process automation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Economics, Finance, Business, or similar

• 4+ years in FP&A or a finance-related field

• AI-first mentality with hands-on tool experimentation

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint abilities for complex modeling

• Proven analytical and communication competency
