Key Responsibilities:
• Meet clients and assess their financial goals and needs
• Offer personalized financial plans and product recommendations
• Engage in outreach to enhance client relationships
• Assist clients in navigating digital banking applications
• Work collaboratively with colleagues for optimal service
Requirements:
• Minimum one year experience in client services and sales
• Relevant financial accreditation (Mutual Funds License)
