Finance Administrator at Haywood Securities

Join Haywood Securities as a Finance Administrator in the Finance department on a full-time basis. Manage wire transfers, provide client support, and collaborate across departments.

In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Controller and Treasury Lead. Candidates should showcase exceptional customer service, detail orientation, and adaptability. Experience in banking, multi-currency wire processing, and a minimum of one year in an office environment is preferred for standout applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily bank transfers and outgoing wire requests

• Journal all incoming and outgoing wires in various currencies

• Resolve processing issues related to wire transfers

• Provide information to Brokers, Banks, and Advisors

• Collaborate with Credit, Compliance, and Operations

Requirements:

• Banking or brokerage experience preferred

• At least 1 year of office experience

• Familiarity with multi-currency processing

• Execlear/Dataphile knowledge is an asset

• Intermediate level Excel skills required
