Key Responsibilities:

• Process delivery of physical securities timely and accurately

• Manage stock and GIC transfer requests efficiently

• Liaise with brokers and third parties regarding inquiries

• Reconcile stock transfer control accounts for audits

• Provide backup for account transactions as needed

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in an administrative finance role is preferred

• Experience with physical stock certificates is an asset

• Strong attention to detail and effective prioritization skills

• Excellent communication and client service abilities

• Proficient in MS Office, adaptable to new systems
