As a Cash Application Associate, you will collaborate with client service and operations teams to ensure accurate financial workflows. Your expertise in analyzing exceptions and building relationships will greatly contribute to our collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and research to resolve cash transaction exceptions

• Maintain positive working relationships with client service teams

• Collaborate across functions to meet department deadlines

• Assist in special projects as assigned

• Work overtime during month-end as needed

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years in accounting or related coursework

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Basic to intermediate Excel skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude

• Self-motivated with high attention to detail
