Key Responsibilities:

• Generate financial statements and tax returns across entities

• Oversee cash flow management and budget preparation

• Lead monthly asset management and budget comparison

• Handle compliance for real estate reporting obligations

• Assist with investor updates and insurance applications

Requirements:

• CPA designation is a must

• Extensive experience in financial statement preparation

• Real estate or construction experience required

• Familiar with Timber scan and Sage 300 preferred

• Capable of leading and motivating a small team
