Key Responsibilities:
• Submit and follow up on systematic plan requests
• Efficiently process mutual fund position transfers
• Manually handle submission requests to fund firms
• Ensure accurate submission of demographic information
• Review manual applications for Segregated Funds
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years related experience
• Fundamental understanding of investment industry practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Advanced communication and relationship management skills
