In this key role, you'll oversee administrative tasks in account management while providing top-notch customer service. With over 5 years of experience in portfolio management, marketing, and financial planning, you will coordinate client seminars and assist advisors in business planning. Your responsibilities will also include the onboarding and training of new team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee client onboarding and maintain operational productivity
• Develop marketing materials to enhance service offerings
• Coordinate client seminars and related content planning
• Lead the administrative team and supervise unlicensed assistants
• Monitor compliance with regulations and internal processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in financial planning or wealth management
• Completed college or university diploma in a related field
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills and digital literacy
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to provide exceptional client service
