In this part-time role, you will provide essential customer service for TD’s Personal & Commercial Banking. Your duties will involve processing financial transactions, understanding customer needs, and recommending appropriate banking solutions. Effective communication and teamwork will be crucial to maintaining a positive work environment and achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Understand and determine customer needs for tailored solutions
• Respond to concerns and escalate as necessary
• Promote banking solutions to achieve assigned goals
• Connect personally with customers to clarify banking processes
Requirements:
• High School diploma with 1+ years relevant experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Mandarin language skills are an asset
