Responsibilities
- Analyze & Advise:
Assess financials, trends, and credit risk. - Evaluate repayment capacity and structure financing solutions.
- Build models and prepare credit recommendations.
- Manage Risk:
Monitor portfolios for risk changes. - Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Mitigate risk to protect assets.
- Support Deals & Growth:
Assist with new, renewal, and extension loans. - Support deal structuring and negotiations.
- Partner with Relationship Managers to grow client relationships and revenue.
- Experience in client-facing roles, with a strong focus on relationship building and customer satisfaction.
- Previous Banking experience is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree required; preference for Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
- Equivalent experience or related disciplines considered.
- Technical proficiency developed through education and/or professional experience.
- Intermediate Proficiency:
Problem solving, collaboration, and attention to detail. - Analytical thinking and credit risk assessment.
- Loan structuring, portfolio management, and regulatory compliance.
- Banking operations and Microsoft Office.
- Advanced Proficiency:
Data analysis tools, Financial analysis.
