As a permanent, full-time Director in the Finance Department, you will report to the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. This strategic leadership role demands a strong background in financial planning and analysis, focusing on budget forecasting and operational excellence. Your team will deliver insightful management reporting and foster decision-making through advanced modeling and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a high-performing FP&A team

• Provide actionable insights to influence senior leadership decisions

• Align financial goals with operational business objectives

• Manage annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes

• Enhance efficiency using financial systems and data analytics tools

Requirements:

• 10+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, 5 years in leadership

• CPA designation required

• Strong understanding of IFRS and Canadian accounting principles

• Experience managing cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with airline industry models is preferred
