TD Canada Trust seeks an individual committed to fostering strong customer relationships within Personal & Commercial Banking. As a trainee, you’ll engage in service transactions, educate customers about digital banking, and guide them in their financial journeys. Candidates should possess excellent judgement and effective communication to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in daily banking advice and services

• Guide customers to appropriate solutions while maintaining confidentiality

• Educate clients on mobile, ATM, and online banking

• Support staff with cash and non-cash transactions

• Recommend improvements to enhance customer service

Requirements:

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years experience

• Proficiency in MS Office and banking software

• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Preferred:
Post-Secondary degree in a related field
