This full-time role involves supporting M&A engagements focusing on sell-side mandates and acquisition advisory. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience and solid financial analysis capabilities. You'll conduct financial modelling, due diligence, and market research to provide comprehensive client support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with execution of M&A advisory and transaction support

• Create detailed financial models and valuations

• Analyze financial statements and key business drivers

• Prepare industry research and client presentations

• Support due diligence processes and coordination

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in M&A advisory or corporate finance

• Degree in accounting or finance

• CPA or commitment to pursuing it preferred

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Proficient in financial analysis tools and Excel
