The First Nations Public Service Secretariat is looking for a strategic finance professional with strong operational experience. In this role, you'll manage finance, human resources, and information technology, contributing to organizational effectiveness. Your strategic leadership will drive compliance and enhance the overall functioning of the services provided to First Nations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct corporate operations and financial strategy in the organization
• Oversee comprehensive financial management and reporting
• Supervise HR functions ensuring development and compliance
• Create and implement effective finance and administrative policies
• Manage secure and robust information technology systems
Requirements:
• CPA designation with a university degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 5 years in similar financial leadership roles
• Extensive experience in budgeting and financial oversight
• Proficient in Excel and SAGE accounting programs
• Willingness to engage in Indigenous Awareness training
