Key Responsibilities:

• Build bookkeeping foundations with robust support systems

• Run operations for loan disbursement and repayment

• Create and manage impactful data reporting mechanisms

• Draft and maintain compliance policies and procedures

• Foster partnerships across departments for optimal operation

Requirements:

• Comprehensive knowledge of financial compliance frameworks

• Hands-on experience in financial operations

• Ability to analyze data with SQL/Python proficiency

• Strong project management skills with multitasking capability

• Relevant Bachelor's degree, advanced degrees are a plus
