As a key financial coordinator, you’ll manage and verify Library Collections’ invoices, ensuring accurate data entry and timely payments. Collaboration with IT and Central Finance will also be essential in resolving any discrepancies, alongside training junior staff. Your attention to detail will drive efficient operations and support the broader educational mission of UBC.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate invoice processing and payment confirmations
• Verify and post batches for time-sensitive payments
• Maintain vendor files in CABI systems
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of accounts
• Provide accurate data for year-end analytics
Requirements:
• High School education with a two-year accounting diploma
• Minimum three years of related experience necessary
• Proficiency in UBC financial processes required
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
