Position: Wealth Management Investment Associate Role

You will work closely with The LePoidevin Group to support trading operations and enhance portfolio management. This role requires 1-2 years in wealth management, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Your contributions will ensure the strategic execution of trades and optimal client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support trade execution and allocation processes daily

• Prepare and ensure accuracy of trade allocation files

• Monitor and execute necessary money market trades

• Conduct trade discrepancy reconciliations promptly

• Validate trade files prior to submission for review

Requirements:

• CIRO Licensed as an Investment Representative mandatory

• 1-2 years of experience in wealth management

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and MS Office

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Familiarity with Dataphile and Salesforce is an asset
