This highly visible role requires a minimum of three years in residential mortgage qualification and pre-approval processes. Your ability to review documentation, validate income, and analyze loan options will directly impact client outcomes. Collaborate with team members to optimize the approval experience for borrowers and referral partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate borrower applications and determine eligibility
• Analyze assets, liabilities, and credit history
• Prepare accurate pre-approval letters and documentation
• Conduct consultations via phone or video with clients
• Identify qualification gaps and recommend solutions
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of mortgage-related experience
• Familiarity with DU and LPA automated underwriting
• Knowledge of diverse mortgage products preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Proficient in managing multiple files and priorities
