Position: Teifi Digital Controller Needed
Teifi Digital seeks its first Controller to create a strong financial structure that fuels company growth. This role is ideal for individuals at the early stages of their finance careers looking to handle essential accounting and financial operations.

In this hybrid position, you will manage daily bookkeeping and assist with month-end reporting while offering clear financial insights. Candidates should have 5-7 years of accounting experience, willing to own financial tasks and streamline processes, especially in a dynamic digital services environment. Key tasks include managing financial records and developing budgets to support scalable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations

• Execute month-end close; prepare financial statements

• Maintain financial data accuracy and analyze project profitability

• Refine financial workflows and internal controls

• Provide timely reports to support leadership decisions

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of accounting experience, in-house preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Familiarity with SR&ED claims is a plus

• Comfortable leveraging AI tools in workflows
