Position: BMO Financial Wealth Planner Role
Join BMO as a Wealth Planning Consultant specialized in High Net Worth client management. Drive financial planning analysis and contribute to the growth of client assets with expertise.

As a Wealth Planning Consultant, you will engage in developing detailed financial strategies for HNW and UHNW clients. Work in collaboration with Investment Advisors to ensure the delivery of exceptional client-focused services.

Your role will involve leveraging in-depth financial knowledge to support strategic initiatives that enhance client relationships and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate clients' goals-based discovery sessions

• Craft comprehensive financial strategies and plans

• Cultivate internal and external business networks

• Ensure high-quality client experience standards are maintained

• Partner with Investment Advisors to deliver wealth management solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Strong sales experience with Investment Advisors or HNW clients

• CFP (or equivalent) preferred

• Proficient in financial planning software

• Exceptional analytical and influencing skills
