As a key lending specialist, you'll guide clients through First Mortgage and HELOC products while building strong relationships.
Your role requires keen analytical skills to assess financial needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with client priorities. A commitment to professional ethics and SAFE Act registration ensures compliance and client trust.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice on a full range of lending products
• Foster relationships with new and existing financial center clients
• Analyze financial needs to recommend suitable banking services
• Submit mortgage applications and assist in documentation gathering
• Conduct outreach and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years mortgage origination experience
• Strong communication skills, in-person and over the phone
• Ability to analyze financial data effectively
• Proven customer service and problem resolution skills
• Flexibility to work extended hours as required
