Key Responsibilities:
• Process inbound mortgage applications efficiently
• Contact clients and collect necessary documentation
• Organize files and prepare mortgage contracts
• Liaise with lenders, lawyers, and appraisers
• Ensure clients are guided through the mortgage process
Requirements:
• Valid mortgage license or active enrollment in licensing course
• Strong work ethic ideal for a growing office
