Position: Finance Clerk at Transportation Investment Corporation

In this vital role at TI Corp, you will report to the Manager, Finance & Corporate Services. You’ll handle a range of accounting tasks, from processing invoices to aiding with month-end activities. This position is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in finance, demonstrating accuracy and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain compliance with accounts payable processes

• Process invoices, cheque requisitions, and journal entries

• Assist in cheque runs and payment activities

• Review credit card submissions for accuracy and compliance

• Coordinate with Procurement for supplier records

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of accounting/accounts payable experience

• Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with ERP systems preferred

• Authorized to work in Canada
