Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with issuers and legal teams

• Process exercises and expirations for warrants

• Prepare and handle wire transfers accurately

• Maintain monthly statistics and documentation

• Manage client and broker inquiries effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years in the securities industry

• Experience with physical certificates and warrant exercises

• Strong organizational and customer service abilities

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Dedication to working overtime as needed
