Position: Mortgage Funder - BMBE Full-Time

As a Mortgage Funder, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of the mortgage file process, including solicitor communication and file organization.

Your role is vital to ensure accurate requests for funds and compliance with regulatory guidelines, ensuring all documentation is complete before closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check and confirm solicitor entitlements

• Organize and prepare mortgage files accurately

• Contact solicitors for requests and confirmations

• Ensure all conditions are met before closing

• Review and escalate documentation issues as needed

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proven organizational and multitasking abilities

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred

• Competency in MS Office and willingness to learn new systems

• Completion of Mortgage Agent Course as an asset
