Reporting to the VP, Finance, you will lead the finance operations team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.

Your role is pivotal in strengthening financial systems and processes as the organization expands its impact. You will collaborate closely with other leaders to provide clear financial insights for effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations

• Develop team capacity through coaching and support

• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field

• CPA designation or in progress is highly desired

• 5–7 years of relevant finance experience required

• Experience leading finance teams for at least 2 years

• Expertise in financial software and Microsoft Excel
