Gold as a Risk & Compliance Specialist in Vancouver to make an impact in risk management and ethical compliance. This 8-month fixed-term role offers a blend of analytical and operational tasks.

As a Senior Specialist, you will provide critical support for the execution of the company’s Enterprise Risk Management initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence, facilitating risk assessments, and collaborating with internal teams. You’ll also help enhance compliance procedures that align with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate risk assessments and operational decision-making

• Conduct compliance reviews and internal investigations

• Administer and monitor Ethics & Compliance initiatives

• Prepare reports for senior management and the Audit Committee

• Engage in continuous improvement of compliance policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields

• 5–7 years of experience in compliance or risk management

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk scenarios

• Proven ability to deliver training programs

• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
