JD Financial Analyst

Position: JD Financial Analyst Role
Become a Financial Analyst at JD Canada and drive financial planning and performance strategies. Utilize your expertise in retail financial analysis to support operational goals.

This role will involve strategic financial management within JD Canada’s Financial Planning & Analysis department. You will be responsible for supporting budgeting, forecasting, and detailed sales analytics. Ideal candidates will leverage their retail experience to enhance financial insights and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support budgeting, financial planning, and forecasts

• Monitor department expenditures and analyze variances

• Update financial models under FP&A guidance

• Prepare sales projections for brick-and-mortar and online

• Assist during month-end processes with data gathering

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis

• Familiarity with retail metrics and financial software

• Advanced Excel capabilities for report generation

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
