In this role, you will engage with customers to address their day-to-day advice and service transaction needs. Your responsibility includes educating clients on mobile, ATM, and online banking trends while ensuring a positive customer experience. You will also support branch staff with transactions, resolve critical issues, and enhance operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers on service transactions and digital education
• Guide clients to the right financial contact or solution
• Build confidence in banking trends through education
• Support staff with cash and non-cash transaction issues
• Recommend improvements in branch operations and practices
Requirements:
• High School diploma and 1+ years of related experience
• Investment Funds Canada (IFC) certification post-appointment
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
