Personal Banker Representative III Career

As a Personal Banker, you’ll engage Members in face-to-face consultations about our range of credit union products.

Your role will involve processing memberships, resolving account issues through research, and acting as a branch liaison. Develop your specialization in areas such as savings or loans to further enhance Member relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultative services to Members

• Process memberships and oversee loan requests

• Research and resolve account discrepancies

• Maintain cash and operational procedures at the branch

• Complete documentation in line with credit union policies

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED is essential

• 3-5 years prior experience in bank services

• Notary License is required for all candidates

• Knowledge of credit union products is an asset

• Compliance with BSA regulations mandatory
