Position: Commercial Mortgage Renewal Analyst Role

This role combines commercial underwriting, financial analysis, and client relationship management with a focus on CMHC-insured lending. Successful candidates will ensure timely execution of mortgage renewals while evaluating borrower performance and negotiating terms. Strong analytical skills and detail orientation are required for managing a growing commercial mortgage portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end renewal process for loans

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with stakeholders

• Prepare detailed loan summaries and credit packages

• Analyze financial statements to inform credit decisions

• Communicate with clients regarding products and policies

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial lending

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field

• Knowledge of CMHC-insured lending programs

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling

• Excellent communication skills and client management
