Overview
As a Senior Relationship Manager, Agriculture and Commercial Banking, you’ll work with clients to create end‑to‑end financial solutions, manage cash flow, increase efficiency and mitigate risk. You will manage and grow a portfolio of Agriculture and Commercial Banking clients by proactively developing new business opportunities in the community and ensuring day‑to‑day banking needs are met at the highest level.
Location and Work ArrangementLocation:
Flexible – may be located out of Regina, Weyburn, Moose Jaw, Estevan or Yorkton. Work arrangement (proportion of on‑site and remote) will be discussed during the interview.
- Relationship building – develop new client relationships through business development activities, leveraging referral sources, existing clients, and centres of influence.
- Actively monitor and manage relationships, fully understanding clients’ goals, purpose and business status.
- Teamwork – collaborate with internal partners to connect clients with opportunities and build a profile in the local business community.
- Client experience – proactively assess clients’ needs and propose solutions to meet those needs, facilitating prompt responses to questions, enquiries or issues.
- Apply industry/company knowledge to develop client/prospect proposals for financial and strategic solutions.
- Experience in Agricultural Commercial or Business Banking with demonstrated business development skills.
- Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles, including valuation techniques and cash‑flow analysis.
- Experience managing the credit quality of a commercial banking portfolio with complex cash‑management requirements.
- Degree or diploma in Agri‑business, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
