Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor account transfer processes

• Validate incoming and outgoing transfer documents

• Coordinate delivery of physical securities as necessary

• Maintain compliance through organized record digitization

• Engage support teams with pertinent status updates

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in financial operations or transfers

• Knowledge of Fundserv, ATON, and OTC movement

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organization

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
