Senior Relationship Manager, Agriculture & Commercial Banking

Overview

As a Senior Relationship Manager, Agriculture and Commercial Banking, you’ll work with clients to create end‑to‑end financial solutions, manage cash flow, increase efficiency and mitigate risk. You will manage and grow a portfolio of Agriculture and Commercial Banking clients by proactively developing new business opportunities in the community and ensuring day‑to‑day banking needs are met at the highest level.

Location:

Flexible – may be located out of Regina, Weyburn, Moose Jaw, Estevan or Yorkton. Work arrangement (proportion of on‑site and remote) will be discussed during the interview.

• Relationship building – develop new client relationships through business development activities, leveraging referral sources, existing clients, and centres of influence.
• Actively monitor and manage relationships, fully understanding clients’ goals, purpose and business status.
• Teamwork – collaborate with internal partners to connect clients with opportunities and build a profile in the local business community.
• Client experience – proactively assess clients’ needs and propose solutions to meet those needs, facilitating prompt responses to questions, enquiries or issues.
• Apply industry/company knowledge to develop client/prospect proposals for financial and strategic solutions.

• Experience in Agricultural Commercial or Business Banking with demonstrated business development skills.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles, including valuation techniques and cash‑flow analysis.
• Experience managing the credit quality of a commercial banking portfolio with complex cash‑management requirements.
• Degree or diploma in Agri‑business, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
