What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assist and support the frontline operations team for the Quebec region with transactional duties and office management.
  • Provide client service, greeting customers, handling high‑value transactional banking needs, and demonstrating self‑serve equipment usage.
  • Maintain cash balances, process deposits/withdrawals, balance cash holdings, and manage branch clearings.
  • Oversee office administration: office equipment, stationery, events, safety, expense reports, and onboarding.
  • Support the management team with queries from private banking portfolios.
How You’ll Succeed
  • Client Service – greet customers, handle high‑value transactional needs, and demonstrate equipment usage.
  • Administrative Support – balance cash holdings, maintain office equipment, coordinate functions and events, and support health & safety.
  • Client Commitment – provide exceptional service, find solutions, and ensure compliance with CIBC policies.
Who You Are
  • Client‑first mindset, purposeful engagement, extra‑mile attitude, and attention to detail.
  • Strong critical‑thinking skills, experience with debit/credit entries, cash balancing, and foreign‑currency transactions.
  • Knowledge of convenience and high‑value products for private banking customers.
