Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct credit checks and corporate searches accurately

• Review and process account documentation for compliance

• Provide accurate responses to client inquiries

• Manage document preparation for scanning

• Support cross-training and provide team assistance

Requirements:

• 5+ years new accounts experience in brokerage

• Canadian Securities Course (CSC) preferred

• High level of organizational skills required

• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

• Proactive and collaborative work mentality necessary
