Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll implement scalable processes and enhance financial controls while transitioning reporting cycles. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead transition from quarterly to monthly financial reporting

• Build scalable accounting processes and internal controls

• Own financial reporting, including board and disclosure support

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and general ledger integrity

• Partner with auditors for accurate financial reporting

Requirements:

• CPA designation or equivalent accounting qualification

• Minimum 8 years of progressive accounting experience

• Public company reporting experience required

• Experience in mining or capital-intensive industries preferred

• Strong understanding of internal controls and financial reporting
