This role combines strategic leadership in accounting, budgeting, and compliance while supporting decision-making for a nonprofit organization dedicated to childcare and community resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operational and capital budgeting processes

• Develop financial forecasts and scenario alternatives

• Report key performance indicators to leadership

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years advanced accounting experience

• Chartered Professional Accountant designation required
