In this pivotal position for the Pacifica team, you will work directly with the Senior Vice President of Alternative Lending & MIC Operations.

Your role encompasses processing renewal applications, verifying documentation, and updating the mortgage management system. You'll interact with various divisions like accounting and investor services, ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain borrower and property records in the system

• Prepare and review renewal documents correctly

• Deliver various mortgage statements to stakeholders

• Facilitate mortgage discharges and issue payout letters

• Coordinate with borrowers regarding missed payments

Requirements:

• BC Mortgage Brokers License or intent to secure one

• Experience in the mortgage industry

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office abilities and software adaptability

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
