As a Proposal Analyst at one of Canada’s top asset managers, you will play a crucial role in the Proposal and Consultant Database Team. With 2 to 4 years of experience in an investment firm, you will prepare RFPs, draft responses, and maintain a comprehensive database. This position values team contribution and process enhancement, making it perfect for someone with a Finance Degree eager to excel in the investment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete RFPs, RFIs, DDQs for affiliates

• Draft and enhance responses to existing RFPs

• Maintain RFP response database for consistency

• Support report preparation for the RFP process

• Update external investment databases as needed

Requirements:

• Finance Degree or equivalent interest in investments

• 2–4 years experience in an institutional investment firm

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Team-oriented with high standards

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
