As a Finance Intern, you will report to the Finance Administrator, assisting in managing invoices, bank reconciliations, and transaction records. This position allows you to develop your skills in a culturally sensitive environment. Candidates must be Indigenous and can be new to the workforce, transitioning, or unemployed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process invoices for clients and partners
• Maintain accurate records of all receipts
• Prepare monthly Aged Receivables Reports
• Update Housing Statements for management
• Aid in annual audit preparations
Requirements:
• Must identify as Indigenous (First Nation, Metis, or Inuit)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Post-secondary education in Accounting or finance
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and organizational skills
