Vice President of Finance at CMP

Join CMP as the Vice President of Finance to manage financial operations for our evolving programs. Focus on budgets, expenditures, and fostering community connections through effective financial oversight.

As the VP Finance, you will lead the financial strategy, ensuring all activities under CMP Home Base align with the allocated budget from July 2026 to April 2027. You are expected to bring strong organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail to effectively navigate financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor budget adherence for CMP Home Base activities

• Communicate changes in expenditures to the executive team

• Process and file reimbursements for events and programming

• Act as liaison between CMP and CUS Finance Commission

• Aid in planning budgets for new programming as CMP scales

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficient in budgeting and bookkeeping methods

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to solve problems in financial contexts

• Knowledge of the CUS financial system is a plus
