Portfolio Management Analyst

In this on-site role with CC&L’s Fundamental Canadian Equity Team, you will oversee daily portfolio operations, ensuring smooth execution and process improvements. Engage directly with Portfolio Managers and other team members while managing compliance, performance attribution, and risk assessment. This position will also focus on integrating AI and automation to optimize investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute portfolio changes, including rebalancing and cash flow management

• Monitor compliance flags and portfolio constraints for client requirements

• Analyze portfolio risk and performance, coordinating with Portfolio Managers

• Troubleshoot portfolio management systems and tools for efficiency

• Collaborate daily with analysts and traders to ensure operational continuity

Requirements:

• 2-5 years in investment management or related fields

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

• Understanding of financial theory and investment management principles

• Familiarity with process management and technology integration
