Senior Tax Manager Role

Your responsibilities include managing compliance, reporting, and planning initiatives while identifying tax optimization opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee preparation and filing of various tax returns

• Evaluate tax implications of mergers and acquisitions

• Assist in obtaining tax incentives and credits

• Lead responses to tax audits and maintain controls

• Develop and mentor tax staff and external providers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration

• CPA license necessary

• 7+ years in corporate tax, preferably in public accounting

• Expertise in corporate income and indirect tax

• Leadership experience preferred
