In this trainee role, you will be pivotal in establishing connections with customers and promoting banking solutions. Your responsibilities include providing advice on day-to-day banking operations and directing inquiries to the appropriate team member. You'll support frontline staff and ensure a seamless customer experience while enhancing your banking expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers in digital banking education and service transactions
• Guide clients to suitable team members for their banking needs
• Assist with cash and non-cash transactions while resolving issues
• Recommend improvements for branch operations and service processes
• Maintain adherence to regulations and business intentions in documentation
Requirements:
• High School diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada (IFC) certification within 90 days
• Proficient in MS Office and branch software
• Strong communication skills and customer service background
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
