As an experienced Financial Analyst, you will support strategic decisions with your insights. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will prepare financial models, proformas, and reports to evaluate real estate investments and overall asset performance. Your 4+ years in financial analysis and CPA or CFA designation will guide your contributions to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform financial modeling for real estate investments
• Evaluate cash flows and assess asset performance
• Prepare investment analyses and presentations
• Assist in market research and due diligence
• Deliver monthly reporting and forecasting updates
Requirements:
• CPA or CFA designation required
• Minimum 4 years in financial analysis and reporting
• Strong understanding of real estate metrics
• Hands-on experience with investment analysis
• Ability to provide insights into financial risks
Utilize your financial analysis skills to support investment decisions in a growing Vancouver real estate firm.
